Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She was a part of the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also a star in the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, both of whom are comedians as well as a social worker. Cook is part Italian. Cook was just seven years old when she was featured in a news announcement regarding foster care. At the age of 10, Cook began working as a child printer model and was featured in national Target advertisements as well as on Milk Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, and Minneapolis South High School.
